Full time role Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (within operating hours 8am to 6pm), based on site

Main Mission:

Contribute to delivering an efficient logistics service, supporting departmental targets and the timely distribution of stock.

Job Responsibilities

• Distribute and receive post
• Complete and file documentation
• Arrange deliveries with couriers, accurately complete documentation and database records
• Check and pack stock and repairs according to targets
• Restock and maintain organisation and safety of work areas
• Follow and stay updated on Health and Safety procedures, including manual handling and lifting
• Support team in achieving departmental targets and deadlines
• Manage internal and external customer queries professionally
• Maintain site security and facilities as required
• Adhere to company health and safety policies
• Support development of programs, practices, and systems used by the team
• Attend training sessions to support team development
• Develop and maintain current product and brand knowledge
• Assist colleagues with general duties within logistics
• Ensure confidentiality of information
