Job Title: Logistics Analyst (Dynamics 365 Analyst)

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview

We’re looking for a systems-savvy analyst with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CE Modules. This role is critical in designing, developing, and enhancing Dynamics 365 systems while integrating solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and web technologies. You are someone who understands both the operational realities and the technical implications of how we move data, manage processes, and link platforms across a fast-moving, global logistics and e-commerce business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving system puzzles, mapping out complex processes, and designing smarter, scalable ways of working. You’ll be working across warehouses, platforms, and regions — helping ensure that our operations and ERP stay tightly aligned.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Systems Development & Integration: Help design, build, and test Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) using PowerApps and Power Automate.
  2. Operational Process Mapping: Document and improve global operational processes (UK, EU, US, South Asia).
  3. Bridge Operations and IT: Ensure ERP alignment with warehouse, e-commerce, and supply chain workflows.
  4. ERP Expertise in Action: Apply your knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O to evaluate current usage and identify improvements for data structure, integration, and management.
  5. Data Flow Design: Ensure data is captured, stored, and surfaced where needed, acting as a bridge between operations and systems.
  6. Integration Planning: Support the design and rollout of new system integrations across platforms (SPSmerce, Shopify, warehouse partners).
  7. Documentation & Clarity: Create clear process maps, data diagrams, and integration flows for easy understanding and execution.
  8. Reporting & Insights: Support the development of Power BI dashboards and data models to visualize operational KPIs (order status, warehouse SLAs, exception volumes).
  9. Project Support: Track timelines, milestones, and dependencies across key systems projects, contributing to status reporting and cross-team coordination.
Key Projects You’ll Be Involved In
  • SPSmerce integration
  • D365 process improvement across warehouse and e-commerce workflows
  • US and UK warehouse setup
  • Bangladesh & Myanmar pick & pack rollout
  • EU Shopify launch
  • EU 3PL partner onboarding
  • US marketplace logistics design
What We’re Looking For
  • Solid hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Operations) and/or CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). You understand modules, data structures, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and DataVerse.
  • A background in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations — understanding the physical and digital process link.
  • Comfortable mapping current and future state processes using tools like Excel, Lucidchart, or Visio.
  • Strong logical thinking with a systems mindset — enjoying analyzing data flow and structure.
  • Confident communicator capable of collaborating across operations, IT, and external partners.
