Logistics Agent L1

Location: Plymouth

Salary: 24,000 - 26,000 Per Annum

Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time

Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Agent in Plymouth, where you'll uphold site safety standards, maintain inventory and financial controls, and assist in transport planning through effective customer data management. This customer-focused role requires excellent customer service skills across various communication platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Support site management in compliance, inventory, financial, health and safety, and transport operations.
• Promote a safety-first environment and work towards an incident-free workplace.
• Place delivery/collection orders using SAP.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for customer orders and queries.
• Process orders, refunds, credits, and cylinder refill agreements.
• Manage stock receipt and dispatch on trailers.
• Conduct physical stock counts and update inventory systems.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Review daily aborts, cancellations, and returns.
• Assist drivers with daily runs, loading sheets, and manifests.
• Monitor drivers via Telematics system.
• Complete agency timesheets and perform general housekeeping.

• Be flexible and committed to meet business needs.
