We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to manage the transportation, inventory, and delivery of our specialized equipment. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient movement of our pumps within the country and overseas, overseeing logistics documentation, coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to support our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of shipping and delivery of our pumps across all locations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Manage logistics documentation, including purchase orders, shipping manifests, commercial invoices, and delivery notes specific to the business.
  • Liaise regularly with carriers, suppliers, technicians, and internal departments to track shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of all shipments, inventory movements, and delivery statuses.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies related to the transport of our equipment.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock control and order tracking.
  • Support logistics planning and implementations to improve efficiency and reduce lead times for shipping and distribution.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • Experience in manufacturing and or logistics is desirable.
  • Certification or training in supply chain or logistics management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems used in inventory and logistics management.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management or administrative within the manufacturing / industrial equipment industry preferred.
  • Knowledge in logistics, and shipping preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of domestic transportation regulations and compliance related to industrial equipment an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve logistical challenges effectively.
