Logistics Administrator – Bradford

Are you an organised and confident administrator looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment where no two days are the same? At our Princes contract in Bradford, we’re looking for a Logistics Administrator to support the operation.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working daytime hours, with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Handle haulier and driver bookings, updating schedules with accurate information and references
  • Ensure picking tickets and despatch notes are prepared and ready for the relevant shift
  • Monitor and confirm that inbound and outbound deliveries are completed in full
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, and third-party hauliers to resolve queries quickly and professionally
  • Support transport planning and update operational systems with relevant data
  • Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets using Excel
  • Assist with invoicing and related queries where required
  • Provide a high standard of customer service, handling driver queries and concerns confidently
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Basic Excel skills and strong general computer literacy
  • Experience in a warehouse or transport/logistics environment
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure, and solve problems quickly
