Full-Time | Permanent | 42.5 hours per week | £13.66 per hour | 8:00am–4:30pm

We’re working with a leading UK manufacturer of plastic products supplying prestigious clients. We’re looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their busy team in Waterlooville. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with logistics or warehouse admin experience who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Booking deliveries and transport, ensuring everything is accurate and on time
  • Providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Supporting customers by phone and email, resolving queries promptly
  • Updating internal systems with real-time information
  • Managing export documentation and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
  • Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day queries, both internally and externally
