Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule pickups, collections, and transfers in line with client Service Agreements and SLAs
- Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries: communicate timelines, update order statuses, and manage acknowledgements
- Liaise with carriers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services
- Identify and resolve logistics issues or delays proactively
- Maintain order data in ERP systems and task tracking tools (e.g., ClickUp)
- Manage freight costs, prepare shipping documentation, and approve related invoices
- Review work orders to ensure clarity and actionable instructions for the operations team
- Generate operational reports and support internal/external business reviews
- Raise purchase orders for suppliers as needed
- Collaborate closely with Client Success and Program Management teams to meet SLAs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a logistics, service delivery, or administrative support role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable using ERP/order management tools and collaboration software
- Ability to travel to the Slough office regularly (2-3 days per week)
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
