Based at our Paddock Wood logistics hub in Kent (TN12 6UU), which benefits from great transport links across the region, a short walk from the station or free parking onsite.
Full time contract, working at the logistics hub Monday to Friday between 7.30-3.30, with some flexibility required during peak trading season.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to support our inbound logistics operations. Working in a small office alongside fellow administrators and as part of the wider logistics team, you will support key functions by drafting and responding to emails, managing bookings through essential systems and portals, and utilising internal stock management tools to ensure the smooth running of the logistics hub.
The role
- Administration of Inbound and Wholesale operations
- Administration of key functions within the hub, X-Dock, Supplier Compliance and Quality Control.
- Administration of site-to-site replenishment.
- Support the Bonded warehouse process.
- Support with Health and Safety of site.
- Support in the opening and closing of the site.
- Support with team induction, training and performance management.
- Report IT, System and Facility issues via the internal portal.
- Be an ambassador for the brand and champion our Ann Summers values.
You'll be great if you:
- Have experience as an administrator, ideally within a similar environment.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have an affinity with systems and can pick them up quickly.
