A leading distillery company in Grantown-on-Spey is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Administrator to manage all aspects of logistics and administration for product creation. This role involves overseeing cask and dry goods movements, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock levels across various locations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience with ERP systems.
Logistics and Supply chain administration, including stock management, purchasing, movement and storage of spirit, casks, dry goods, finished goods and processing this information through our ERP system.
The purpose of the role is to efficiently process and manage all aspects of the administration and logistics around the creation of products for Elixir Distillers. It will involve raising & processing purchase orders through the ERP system (TROPOS), organising transport and logistics around spirit, wood and dry goods, as well as maintain accurate 3rd party stocks ensuring attention to detail.
