Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Logistics Account Manager in Maidenhead to oversee warehousing and distribution, manage third-party providers, and drive cost improvements across the supply chain. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers across warehousing and/or distribution operations.
• Strong project management capability, with experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience delivering operational improvements and driving measurable business results.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a structured approach to root cause analysis and decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing logistics tenders, contract transitions, network changes or provider exits.
• FMCG sector experience.
• Experience working within a matrix organisation.
• Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own logistics operations and partner management, building relationships with LSPs and driving performance.
• Lead reviews and monitor KPIs across warehousing and distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and improve service.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Commercial to develop logistics solutions.
• Oversee monthly billing with logistics partners and support budgeting.
