Your responsibilities:

• Serve as the contact for external authorities regarding logistics and foreign trade
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for customs authorities
• Monitor dangerous goods regulations (ADR, IATA-DGR, IMDG)
• Conduct regular training for logistics staff on hazardous materials and customs procedures
• Check customs clearance documents prepared by freight forwarders for imports from third countries
• Assist in preparing and implementing customized transport solutions
• Maintain master data

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures (ATA Carnet knowledge is a plus) and hazardous goods
• Several years of experience in import and export (sea, air, road) are desirable
• Training as a dangerous goods officer is a plus
• Strong team spirit, flexibility, resilience, and ability to deliver optimal results under time pressure
• Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
