• Logistics Centres: Optimizing sorting and routing processes, managing throughput efficiency, and coordinating global transportation teams to meet delivery timelines and minimize errors.
• Delivery Stations: Driving last-mile logistics operations, supervising station staff, managing delivery route planning, and ensuring on-time, high-quality service to B2B and B2C customers.
• Transportation Planning: Designing and executing cost-effective transportation strategies, fleet scheduling, carrier negotiation, and route optimization networks, balancing efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience.
