Cardo Group is seeking experienced Loft Insulation Installers to join our Retrofit Team working in social housing across the UK. You will carry out loft insulation and retrofit works in occupied homes to improve energy efficiency and comfort, ensuring high standards and safety compliance.
This hands-on role requires careful planning, good communication with residents, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A UK driving licence is required.

Cardo Group is looking for experienced and reliable Loft Insulation Installers to join our Retrofit Team, working within the social housing sector.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out loft insulation and associated retrofit works in occupied residential properties, helping to improve the energy efficiency, comfort and sustainability of people’s homes.
This is a hands‑on role where quality, safety and excellent customer service are key. You’ll work as part of a professional site team, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with relevant regulations, specifications and company procedures.
