A Bartender engages our guests, takes and serves orders, and ensures brand service standards are met with high quality.

What will I be doing?

• Receive orders and serve customer requests promptly
• Create and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks
• Take food orders and assist with deliveries as needed
• Understand menu content, updates, and promotions
• Keep the service area clean and well-prepared
• Manage customer accounts efficiently
• Respond politely and helpfully to guest queries

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a cocktail bar environment
• Ability to craft classic cocktails
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, especially on weekends
• Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
• Adaptability to various work situations
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
