Job Title: Lodge Manager

Salary: £21,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch

Stanley Lodge is a stunning development of 34 brand new retirement apartments situated close to Epsom Downs. We are recruiting for a Lodge Manager to oversee this community.

About the Role

Churchill Estates Management offers an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, with a background in administration and customer service. As a Lodge Manager, you will make a positive difference daily in the lives of our homeowners. Your responsibilities include organizing activities, coordinating the development, managing contractors, conducting health and safety checks, and more.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage the property’s maintenance and deliver first-class service to Owners. You will be the trusted on-site contact, liaising with residents, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues.

About You

You should have a passion for excellent customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality. You need to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, manage safety and security, and work calmly under pressure. You should be comfortable working independently, using your initiative.

You must be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, and experienced with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, or health & social care sectors. A successful Lodge Manager loves working front of house and focuses on providing exceptional customer service and administration.
