Job summary

Dylan Coastal Resort in Wales is seeking a Maintenance Operative to handle general upkeep across the property. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), including weekends and bank holidays, with an hourly rate of £12.71 to be discussed at interview.

You will work on plumbing, electrics, carpentry and painting, and be a hands-on team member supporting a variety of maintenance tasks around the resort. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry and painting.
• Hands-on maintenance and repair abilities in a resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks around the resort.
• Assist with minor repairs and project work as needed.
• Support on weekends and bank holidays as required.
