Chesterfield Royal Hospital invites applications for a Consultant Urologist to join our team delivering high‑quality care for residents across North Derbyshire. You will cover outpatient clinics, elective theatre lists and flexible cystoscopy, with scope to develop an area of special interest.

The role requires leadership, teaching and supervision of trainees, and participation in day‑time and out‑of‑hours urological emergency cover.

Qualifications

• Experience in urology required.
• Leadership and team-working skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of core urological outpatient services and procedures.
• Take responsibility for daytime and out-of-hours urological emergency cover.
• Participate in uro-oncology MDT and education for staff and students.
• Contribute to service development and medical workforce training.
