East Cheshire NHS Trust invites applications for a fixed-term locum consultant post in the upper limb team of trauma and orthopaedics at Macclesfield District General Hospital. The surgeon will focus on shoulder and elbow work and work with colleagues to meet NHS waiting standards for clinic and day-case patients, while teaching doctors and allied health staff.

The post is for 10 programmed activities a week with flexible working and reports to the Clinical Lead.

Fixed-term locum consultant post for 12 months in the upper limb team of trauma and orthopaedics at Macclesfield District General Hospital, East Cheshire NHS Trust. The surgeon will focus on shoulder and elbow work, working with colleagues to meet NHS waiting standards for clinic and day-case patients while teaching doctors and allied health staff. The post is for 10 programmed activities a week with flexible working, reporting to the Clinical Lead. Full GMC registration with a licence to practise is required.

• Overseas police clearance if lived or worked abroad for 6 months or more in the last 5 years
