About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Specialist Registrar (SpR) in Respiratory Medicine to join our team in Wiltshire. This is a full-time position available from 17th June 2024 to 30th August 2024, with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will work from 09:00 to 17:00, covering a full rota opportunity, including days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients.
• Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and develop management plans.
• Manage acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests, bronchoscopy, and imaging studies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and case discussions.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and best practices in respiratory medicine.

Requirements:

• Medical degree and full GMC registration.
• Experience in respiratory medicine at the registrar level.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
