A leading legal recruitment firm seeks a Locum Planning Lawyer to join a reputable local authority in the southwest. This temporary role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while leading a team, with flexibility for remote work. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in planning law and be ready to support the authority during their recruitment process for a permanent position.
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Locum Planning Lawyer to join a well-regarded local authority in the southwest region.
Responsibilities include running a caseload of s106 work, associated planning advice and highways work - s38's/278's alongside hybrid 106/278 agreements.
Additionally, the successful post holder will be responsible for the management of four lawyers and one senior legal assistant.
The role will offer 3-6 months whilst the authority recruit to the vacant permanent post and can allow predominantly remote working, although some office presence would be welcomed for candidates who can travel.
