Job Details:

1. Job Title: Psychiatric Liaison Band 6
2. Location: Bradford
3. Duration: 3 months ongoing
4. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm
5. Start Date: ASAP
6. End Date: May 2025
7. Rate of Pay: £26/hr Days, £32/hr Nights/Saturdays, £39/hr Bank Holidays/Sundays

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of Mental Health patients. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Performing comprehensive patient assessments
2. Creating and implementing personalised care plans
3. Delivering evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
4. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
5. Maintaining accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed, you will need:

1. A current and valid NMC registration and pin
2. Experience working with Mental Health patients
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
5. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers flexible working hours, with availability from Monday to Friday, and the contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
