Job description

Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside a well-known Local Authority based in Greater Manchester. They are seeking a Locum Property Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis.

Below are further details regarding this position and assignment.

This role offers a competitive rate of:

• Umbrella rate: £50-£55 per hour, depending on experience
• PAYE (including holidays): £44.06 - £48.41 per hour

This is a contract position for 3 months, with potential for extension, and involves 22.2 hours per week.

Responsibilities as a Locum Property Lawyer:

• Manage your own Commercial Property Caseload from start to completion.
• Handle property law matters related to corporate support, acting for lenders, and the acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, and conditional contracts.
• Provide excellent client care and maintain a professional approach at all times.

About you as a Locum Property Lawyer:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with experience in Property Law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
