Locum Ready is seeking a proactive Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support a GP practice in Farnham. You will assist the clinical team with routine procedures, patient assessments and daily treatment room activities within an organised primary care setting.

You will help manage patient flow, perform core clinical duties and contribute to high-quality care delivery, with strong support and clear guidance to ensure sessions run smoothly.

Qualificações

• Experience as HCA in primary care or NHS settings is required.
• Phlebotomy experience is desirable.
• Comfortable performing clinical observations.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Basic IT competences for clinical system documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform observations including BP, pulse, temperature and oxygen saturation.
• Assist with treatment room procedures and patient flow.
• Carry out phlebotomy and handle samples if trained.
• Complete ECGs and assist with routine assessments.
• Provide lifestyle advice and health promotion.
• Update patient records accurately in the clinical system.
• Support clinicians with general tasks as required.
