Practice Nurse – Surrey

Dream Medical is seeking a qualified Practice Nurse for ongoing shifts at a busy and friendly GP practice in Surrey.

You will work alongside a team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants to deliver excellent patient care and support to the practice population.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations
2. Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring
3. Simple dressings
4. Chronic disease management
5. Cervical cytology
6. Spirometry
7. Diabetes management
8. NHS health checks
9. Health promotion and weight loss advice
10. Smoking cessation
