Aspire Locums (Northwest) Limited is seeking a self-motivated General Practice Nurse Locum to join our pool of Practice Nurses in Liverpool, Merseyside. You will support doctors and the wider primary care team, delivering high-quality nursing care and health promotion across Northwest England.

You will assist with chronic disease management, immunisations, screenings, and policy-driven care, while leading healthcare assistants when required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree, registration with NMC (UK).
• Enhanced DBS check and active NMC pin required.
• RCN membership or indemnity cover preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality patient care and treatment.
• Participate in standards setting and auditing clinical outcomes.
• Promote a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment.
• Deliver health promotion and screening activities for patients and carers.
• Manage safe storage and administration of drugs and equipment.
• Provide nursing care across settings with holistic assessment and care plans.
• Support delivery of evidence-based practice and best care.
• Offer information and advice to patients face to face and by telephone.
• Involve in team discussions to ensure best practice.
