Dream Medical is working with various GP surgeries in and around Melton Mowbray who are currently looking for a part-time Practice Nurse to join their team. Days and hours can be flexible.

You will be working as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses, and healthcare assistants.

Requirements:

• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
• Care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
• Cervical Cytology
• Spirometry
• Diabetes
• Asthma and COPD monitoring (Desirable)
• Family planning
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Up-to-date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
• Be fully up-to-date with clinical updates, immunizations, and vaccinations
