A healthcare recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Locum Practice Nurse for a long-term assignment in East London. The candidate will work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and must have skills in immunisations and cytology. The role requires current NMC registration and the ability to work full or part-time hours, primarily in a treatment room setting. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Practice Nurse is essential.
  • Current NMC registration and CRB/DBS in place.
  • Fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations, and vaccinations.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide treatment room based care for patients.
  • Perform various nursing duties including immunisations and cytology.

LOCUM PRACTICE NURSE N LONDON DYNAMIC TEAM in London North

We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse for a long term Locum near Holloway. You will be working as part of a dynamic team of GPs, Nurses and healthcare assistants in a state of the art, contemporary Surgery in East London.

The ideal candidate will be required to start ASAP covering full time hours Monday - Friday 08.30-18.00, although hours are flexible and will consider part time hours. The role will be mainly treatment room based and requires the following skill set/experience

  • Child and adult immunisations
  • Cervical Cytology
  • Spirometry
  • Family planning
  • Smoking cessation
  • Compression Bandaging
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
  • Current NMC registration and CRB/DBS in place
