Locum Practice Nurse Manchester ASAP start

Dream Medical are currently working with a GP surgery in Swinton, Manchester in recruiting a locum Practice Nurse for their Surgery.

The practice are looking for a Nurse to run the baby clinic 1 day a week for an ongoing period to start ASAP.

You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.

Essential Skills:

1. Up to date in baby Immunisations and Vaccinations
2. Use of the clinical system Vision

Desirable:

1. Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
2. The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
3. Child and adult immunisations
4. Cervical Cytology
5. Spirometry
6. Diabetes
7. Asthma and COPD monitoring
8. Family planning
9. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
10. Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
