You will support several primary care teams through routine procedures, long-term condition reviews and general nursing tasks in a well-structured, supportive environment. Training and clear protocols are provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment room clinics: wound care and dressings
• Support chronic disease management within established care plans
• Carry out immunisations for adults and children (if trained)
• Undertaking smear tests where cytology-trained
• Perform NHS Health Checks and lifestyle assessments
