You will work with several primary care teams, following clear protocols and structured workflows to ensure a well-supported working environment and consistent patient care.

Qualifications

• NMC-registered nurse with primary care experience.
• Immunisation and cytology training are beneficial.
• Comfortable with routine nursing tasks and treatment room clinics.

Responsibilities

• Delivering treatment room clinics including wound care and dressings.
• Supporting chronic disease management within established care plans.
• Carrying out immunisations for adults and children (if trained).
• Undertaking smear tests where cytology-trained.
• Performing NHS Health Checks and lifestyle assessments.
• Recording accurate clinical notes for each service.
• Assisting with general nursing duties as required.
