Locum Ready is seeking Locum Practice Nurses in Pewsey to provide flexible, sessional work across community health settings and GP surgeries. The role balances treatment room duties, clinical reviews and preventative health activities, with structured processes to ensure safe practice.

You will support routine clinics, deliver procedural care and assist with core nursing responsibilities, with communications to GP teams and patients throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration and experience in primary care or community settings.
• Immunisation and cytology experience is advantageous.
• Confident with routine treatment room work and adaptable to new clinical environments.

Responsabilités

• Run treatment room clinics including wound care and nursing procedures.
• Support chronic disease and long-term condition reviews.
• Administer adult and paediatric vaccines if trained.
• Perform smear tests where qualified.
