You will contribute to high-quality patient care through clinical reviews, preventive health work, and efficient treatment room routines. Regular or ad-hoc sessions, morning and afternoon slots, with long-term bookings offered.

Qualifications

• NMC-registered Nurse with experience in primary care.
• Immunisation training and cytology training desirable.
• Confident in chronic disease management and treatment room-work.
• Good patient communication and clinical reasoning.
• Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chronic disease reviews for patients with asthma, COPD, diabetes or hypertension.
• Perform wound care, dressings and treatment room duties.
• Carrying out adult and children's immunisations (if trained).
• Undertaking smear tests (cytology-trained nurses).
• Completing NHS Health Checks and lifestyle assessments.
• Managing results, recalls and routine follow-up tasks.
• Documenting clearly in the clinical system.
