Qualifications

• Erfahrung in der Planungsgesetzgebung und im Umgang mit rechtlichen Fragen.
• Fähigkeit, eine Vielzahl von rechtlichen Dokumenten zu erstellen.

• Verwaltung eines überwiegenden Planungsgesetzes und einiger Straßenarbeiten.
• Beratung zu Section 106 Vereinbarungen und Planungsvollstreckungen.

Locum Planning Lawyer

Remote Working

£55 - £60 per hour DOE

Our Local Authority client is looking to recruit an experienced planning lawyer to join their team for an initial period of 3 months.

Duties will include:

• Managing a predominately planning law caseload alongside some highways work
• Section 106 agreements
• Planning enforcement's
• Certificates of lawfulness
• General advice
