Are you an Independent Prescriber Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in North London ? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

Job Title: Independent Prescriber Pharmacist

Location: North London

Duration: Ongoing

Schedule: 5 days a week (3 or 4 considered)

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing

Rate of Pay: £35 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as an Independent Prescriber Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with hypertension, asthma, and minor ailments. In this role, you will:

perform comprehensive patient assessments

create and implement personalised care plans

deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

a current and valid GPhC registration as an Independent Prescriber

experience with EMIS and SystmOne

experience managing hypertension, asthma, and minor ailments

strong communication and interpersonal skills

the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers flexible working with availability across Monday to Friday . The contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
