Flexzo Ai is seeking a qualified Pharmacist for a 12-month locum opportunity based in Southampton, offering Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 hours. The role focuses on prescription checking, ensuring clinical safety and accuracy for patients.

We are looking for an experienced pharmacist with current registration and a strong background in medicines management and prescribing safety. This position provides stable hours within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Review and check prescriptions for accuracy and clinical appropriateness
• Identify potential prescribing errors, interactions or contraindications
• Ensure medicines are prescribed safely and in accordance with relevant guidelines
• Liaise with prescribers and other healthcare professionals regarding medication queries
• Maintain accurate records and appropriate documentation
• Support safe and effective medicines management
• Provide professional pharmaceutical advice where required
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality

About The Role
