Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Locum Consultant in Paediatric Orthopaedics to join an established Oxford team. The post is for 1 year with a view to a substantive appointment, working with four consultants, specialist nurses, physiotherapists, and a nationally renowned gait lab.

• Consultant-level paediatric orthopaedic experience.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to teaching and training junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality secondary and tertiary paediatric orthopaedic care for children and adolescents.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and service development.
• Collaborate with paediatric services in Oxford and Buckinghamshire to enhance provision.
• Contribute to paediatric training for trainees and undergraduate/postgraduate staff.
