Barts Health NHS Trust invites applications for a Locum Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry in the Paediatric Dental Department. The post is based at Royal London Dental Hospital with some sessions in theatres and outreach clinics.

The successful candidate will lead new patient clinics, run treatment clinics including sedation or GA, contribute to teaching, training and audit. Applicants must be GDC-registered (or eligible) and on the Specialist Register in Paediatric Dentistry (or eligible) or

Qualifications

• Fully registered with the GDC or eligible for full registration.
• On the GDC Specialist Register in Paediatric Dentistry, or eligible or SAC accredited.
• SAC approved training programme or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Undertake new patient consultation clinics and treatment clinics including inhalation sedation, IV sedation or General Anaesthesia.
• Participate in day-to-day management and governance of the Paediatric Dental Department.
• Engage in teaching, training and supervise postgraduate research projects.
