Job Description:We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced Locum Optometrist to provide maternity cover at a well-established independent practice in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for an Optometrist who is confident, patient-focused, and proficient in MECS and CUES.

Start Date: ASAP or by mutual agreement

Duration: Maternity cover (6–9 months initially)

Working Days: Flexible – 3 to 5 days per week

Practice Type: Independent – friendly and clinically focused

Requirements:

GOC-registered Optometrist

Experience or accreditation in MECS and CUES is essential

Strong clinical and communication skills

Comfortable working independently
