Locum Ready is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work with a GP practice in Chatham. The role focuses on autonomous NP-led clinics, urgent on-the-day demand and smooth daily clinical operation.

You will deliver triage, manage minor illness presentations, and contribute to continuity of care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Regular or ad-hoc sessions with morning and afternoon clinics are available.

Responsibilities

• Run autonomous NP-led minor illness and urgent care clinics
• Telephone triage and patient streaming
• Assess, diagnose and manage undifferentiated presentations
• Prescribe independently where qualified
• Review investigations and action follow-up tasks
• Maintain accurate documentation within the clinical system
• Support GPs and Practice Nurses with core clinical duties
