Locum Ready is seeking Locum Nurse Practitioners to work in Bude on fully flexible sessions across primary care services. You will run NP clinics, handle minor illnesses, and support triage and prescribing within scope where qualified.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with relevant clinical background.
• Independent Prescribing qualification desirable.
• Experience in GP, urgent care, walk-in or community settings.
• Strong assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Adaptability when working across different clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Running independent NP clinics across primary care services.
• Managing minor illness presentations and routine patient assessments.
• Providing telephone or face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing within scope (if qualified).
• Handling clinical actions such as results and medication reviews.
• Recording accurate and compliant clinical notes.
• Supporting wider clinical teams where required.
