Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess Patient and AI agent communications
  • Evaluate patient communication records and digital notes for clarity, accuracy, and quality
  • Help refine AI systems by providing clinical insights into frontline decision-making
  • Participate in structured feedback cycles to improve tool performance and safety
  • Collaborate asynchronously with clinical and technical team members
About You
  • A licensed nurse (RN, LPN/LVN, or NP) in the U.S.
  • Able to speak both English and Mandarin (required)
  • Experienced in ambulatory care, phone-based triage, telehealth, or outpatient nursing
  • Work from Home!
  • Curious, adaptable, and excited to explore technology’s role in healthcare
  • Confident in clinical documentation and communication workflows
  • Open to learning new systems—no prior experience in AI or tech required
  • Available during at least one of the following: weekdays, evenings, or weekends
