A Day in the Life of a Lead Psychologist:

Join our team as a Lead Psychologist and make a real difference in the lives of individuals requiring specialist psychological care. Your core responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and delivering a high-quality psychological service within the All Saints service.
  2. Providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions using a range of evidence-based methods.
  3. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, offering expertise in mental health care.
  4. Supervising and supporting junior psychologists, assistants, and trainees.
  5. Leading and developing the psychological services team, ensuring high standards of care.
  6. Conducting research and contributing to service development initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  2. At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in clinical psychology.
  3. Experience working with mental health service users, including those detained under the Mental Health Act.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
