Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a famous Local authority based inWiltshire. They are seeking aLocum Housing Solicitorto join their team on a contract basis.


If you have experience in Housing Law and are looking for a new challenge, Then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role is fully remote and on a 6 months contract with potential to extend.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella rate - £45-£50 an hour depending on experience.
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £39.72 - £44.06 per hour

Responsibilities as a Locum Housing Solicitor:

• Handle your own Housing Law Caseloads from start to completion.
• Handle both pre-litigation and litigated matters, including drafting claims, letters before action and court documents.
• Maintain accurate records using case management systems.

About you as a Locum Housing Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Housing Law
• Good communication skills written and verbal and able to work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge in housing law, particularly disrepair legislation and procedure.
