Job Description:

Hunter Gatherer AHP has a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Biomedical Scientist with a background in Histopathology to join a busy NHS hospital based in the West Midlands.

Please note that for this role, you must have at least 6 months UK experience within a Histology laboratory.

• Job Title: Band 6
• Location: West Midlands
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of pay: £24-£26, depending on experience, paid via an accredited umbrella company.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Current and valid registration with the HCPC.
• Proven experience within Microtomy, cutting between 25-30 quality sections per hour.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
