GP Required for Ongoing OOH Contract in Stroud

Dream Medical is seeking Locum GPs with a passion for fast-paced treatment to join an esteemed client of ours based in Stroud.

You will be joining a fantastic clinical team that provides the highest level of medical care to its patients from the local and surrounding community.

The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment that can change from day to day, and we are able to offer a variety of shifts, ranging from short and long days to weekends and night shifts.

Requirements for the role:
  1. Hold a full, clean GMC
  2. DBS Check within the last 18 months
  3. MRCGP (or working towards it)
  4. Hold a valid UK Driving Licence
  5. Be on a Performers List
  6. Have an excellent command of the English language
  7. Have a full and competent understanding of the NHS
Responsibilities:
  1. Make professional, autonomous decisions
  2. Provide medical advice for minor injuries and illnesses that are urgent but not life-threatening
  3. Support other members of the clinical team
  4. Complete a variety of duties including completing any relevant paperwork
  5. Provide counselling and health education if required

The hourly rates on offer for this position are towards the highest end of the scale for the UK at this present time and we are happy to be able to offer this to both newly qualified General Practitioners and those with previous experience.
