You will oversee urgent access demand, routine appointments and essential follow-up work, ensuring safe prescribing and thorough documentation while coordinating with local clinical teams.

Qualifications

• GM C-registered GP
• Experience in primary care or community health
• Able to work across community and GP-based sessions

Responsabilités

• Run independent GP clinics in community and primary care settings
• Manage acute, routine and complex presentations
• Conduct telephone triage to support urgent access demand
• Prescribe safely within clinical guidelines
• Complete results, medication reviews and referral actions
• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with local clinical teams
