Locum Ready is seeking Locum General Practitioners in Armadale for flexible sessional work across multiple primary care services. The role offers autonomy, variety and consistent weekly availability, supporting local services with urgent access appointments, routine reviews, telephone consultations and clinical triage.

You will work with clear expectations, structured workflows and supportive clinical teams to ensure safe and efficient patient care in diverse clinical environments.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered GP with current license and practice rights.
• NHS Performers List inclusion required or in process.
• Validated indemnity coverage and enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsabilités

• Managing urgent and routine GP clinics across primary care settings.
• Conducting telephone consultations and triage.
• Assessing acute, chronic and undifferentiated presentations.
• Prescribing within scope and handling medication queries.
• Reviewing results, referrals and follow-up actions.

You will support local services by delivering evidence-based GP care through urgent access appointments, routine reviews, telephone consultations and clinical triage. Each service provides clear expectations, structured workflows and supportive clinical teams to ensure safe and efficient working conditions.

Requirements
