Are you a Band 5 or 6 RMN looking for a rewarding locum role in Manchester? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

* Job Title: RMN Female Inpatient (PICU or Acute)
* Location: Manchester
* Duration: 3 month ongoing
* Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts (Days/Nights/Weekends)
* Start Date: ASAP
* End Date: November 2025
* Rate of Pay: Band 5 - �21 per hour for Weekdays, �26 per hour for Saturdays/Nights, �31 per hour for Sundays/Bank Holidays
* Band 6 - �26 per hour for Weekdays, �32 per hour for Saturdays/Nights, �37 per hour for Sundays/Bank Holidays

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a RMN and play a key role in improving the lives of Mental Health patients. In this role, you will:

* perform comprehensive patient assessments
* create and implement personalised care plans
* deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
* collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
* maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* a current and valid NMC registration and pin
* experience working with Mental Health patients
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
