Seven Resourcing is seeking a Locum Family Intervention Worker in Birmingham to provide practical support, guidance, and tailored intervention plans. This flexible role offers variety, professional development, and the chance to make a real difference for families.

You will work with families, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with children and multi‑agency professionals while ensuring safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or qualifications in social work, family support, or a related field.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex cases.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection principles.
• Awareness of social, cultural, and economic challenges affecting families in Birmingham.
