About the Role:
  • Sellick Partnership is looking for an Employment Lawyer to join a large local authority on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a competent and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities of an Employment Solicitor:
  • Handling a variety of employment matters such as:
  • Unfair Dismissals
  • Discrimination
  • Equal Pay Claims
  • Advising HR on policy review
  • Settlement Agreements
Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Employment Solicitor:
  • Must be a qualified solicitor
  • Previous experience handling employment matters and attending tribunals
  • Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
  • Ability to attend the office is desirable but not mandatory, remote working candidates will also be considered
